A full refund will be issued via the original payment method as soon as we have received, checked, and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after sending back the package and provide us with the shipping information so we can process the refund. Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process your refund.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a trackable option, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

My order is damaged, what should I do?
To expedite the process, please send a photo clearly showing the defect of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface, where the defect and the item are well visible. We will use this information to assist you with your order and to prevent errors in the future.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

We understand that you may sometimes be dissatisfied with your order. At Nina-Nicole, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you a right to return to meet your needs. Below are the details of our return conditions.

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after payment, we will process this within one hour, as all orders are processed within a maximum of two hours.

General Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Liquids, such as some beauty products, must not be opened or used.
  • Always include the original proof of purchase with the invoice.

Return Procedure in 4 Simple Steps:

Step 2: Complete the return form in full.

Make sure the package has a Track & Trace code and pay for the shipping and delivery costs. You are responsible for the safe and undamaged return of the product.

Step 4: Refund of the purchase amount. Once we have received the package in good condition, we will deposit the purchase amount back to your account within 7 business days.
